Trish is a lecturer in nutrition and is involved in research projects on weight gain and experiences of menopause. Trish has experience and resesarch interests in particular interest in the role of nutrition in obesity, functional foods and public health nutrition.

Geraldine is a Registered Nutritionist with the UK Association for Nutrition and a Registered Dietitian with the UK HPC. Geraldine's currents areas of interest continue to use her expertise in examining biomarkers of nutrient status as they relate to chronic disease risk and she has a particular interest in how patterns of eating effect sodium status and blood pressure and how they can be altered to reduce cardiovascular disease risk.

Áine teaches on a variety of modules including epidemiology, lifecycle nutrition and advanced sports nutrition. Her research interests include evaluation of micronutrient intake (iron, vitamin D) and paediatric nutrition. She is an AFN registered Public Health Nutritionist and member of the Nutrition Society and Nutri-PD Community of Practice.
