This booklet is a guide to an adapted Céilí dance class, designed to make Céilí dancing more accessible to a wider audience. This resource provides step-by-step instructions to help run inclusive Céilí dance exercise sessions. This booklet was created as we hope to support others in creating engaging, enjoyable, and accessible dance experiences for all participants.This was developed by PhD student Niamh Kelly with her supervision team.
